Saidia Holiday Rentals is proud of the high quality of the properties that it represents. To keep standards high we have to inform all prospective guests of a few points before any booking is made.
A full terms and conditions page exists in the menu system to the left, but here are some important points for you to note:
1. The maximum persons allowed in the holiday accommodation is indicated and must be respected. Each landlord has specified a maximum occupancy for a reason. If it comes to our attention that there are more people staying in a property than is allowed, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will receive no refund of your deposit.
2. Currently all of our property owners don't accept pets, but if requested we will do our best to accommodate your wishes by trying to find a landlord who is willing to accept pets. An additional charge by a landlord might be applicable.
3. All properties are non-smoking unless indicated otherwise. Once again, this is at the landlord's discretion.
4. Prices displayed are per property per night.
5. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights in the non-peak season and 7 nights in the peak season (which is July and August).
We personally inspect every property to ensure that it meets our standards. We have refused to represent properties because they were not of a high enough standard. We have these exacting standards so you can have complete confidence that the property you are booking is of a high quality. We want you to look forward to your stay. We wouldn't want to be worried about what kind of property we will be staying in and we don't want you to be either.
